The sweet Salamella di NORCIA is a traditional medium-ground product, prepared by our Salumai Masters following the ancient techniques that tradition has given us. The choice of raw materials, the skilful spiciness, the exclusive use of natural casing and finally the careful seasoning, are the elements that well combined together determine the excellence of our cured meats. Ingredients: Pork, black pepper, salt, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, dextrose, fructose, garlic, spices and flavorings. Flavor enhancer: E621, antioxidants: E300, E301, preservatives: E252. Store the product away from light, dust and heat sources 90 days under vacuum at a temperature between + 2 ° C and + 6 ° C. Once opened, the product must be stored in a cool and dry place (temperature not exceeding + 20 ° C) and consumed within 30 days respecting the expiry date.
